Both of mine sleep in an expen on the floor of my bedroom - right by me, where they can see me. I've done this from day one and have never had any problems with either of them going right to sleep and not bothering anyone through the night. Like marcerella02 said, she's probably lonely. Two weeks may seem like a long time to you, but she's still adjusting to her new environment and being the only puppy now rather than surrounded by her littermates. What happens when you put her in her crate? Does she whine as soon as you put her in? Or does she start to whine after you have left sight? Have you crate trained her or did you just put her in there one night and left her for the night? Do you take her out to pee in the evening? Puppies that young can't hold it and when they gotta go, they gotta go! What about putting her in the crate and sitting outside of the crate for a few minutes so she can still see you.... Just don't 'soothe' and baby her when she does whine - this will reinforce the behavior! I don't know what else to tell you other than trying that Dex thing that someone else suggested - you may just have to tough it out for a little while longer until she adjusts to this new routine.

At least she isn't barking! Good luck!
