Mmmmmmmmmmmmm yummy!
Here's one if you like Basil:
Tomato Basil Pie:
1 refrigerated pie crust. Follow instructions for baking it
1 Cup of fresh basil
1 Cup of Hellmans Mayo
4-5 medium fresh tomatoes
1 Cup motzarella cheese shreeded
2 lg garlic cloves (I use 3 because I LOVE garlic)
pepper to taste
bake pie crust, when removed from oven sprinkle 1/2 cheese over crust
Cut and dice tomatoes and remove some of the liquid by placing into paper towel and then put into pie crust.
In chopper chop garlic and basil
Spread basil and garlic over tomatoes
In another bowl mix together remaining cheese, mayo & pepper and spread
over basil/garlic mix.
Bake at 350 for approx 25-30 mins until brown on top.
