A good Old English Recipe
This is the recipe for ''cottage pie'', its lovely for the winter to warm you uo inside
Serves 4 people:
Boil a large packet of Defrosted minced beef, adding gravy granules and stirring untill cooked.
Drain the minced beef and use it to cover the bottom of a oven dish.
Boil and mash about 7 big potatoes, and cover the mince beef in the oven dish with the mash.
Pop it in the oven, after about 15 minutes grate a topping of cheese on top of the mash potato, and finish cooking until the cheese has melted and you have a golden crispy top.
Serve with a selection of vegetables and gravy
