The tests that Becki mentioned are highly recommended. There are others than need to be done, you must have a smear done. Some breeders feel that isn't necessary, however, your little girl can pick up infections without having ever been bred. Eccoli, staph and so on. These can hinder her from conceiveing, but worse yet is concieveing and absorbing puppies, aborting and or having puppies being born with defects.
