There were even more rude people/dogs there than before, I think they should hire employees that actually like Animals, not just Retail Clerks that stock the shelves! That's part of what the problem is.  |

A store is only as good as its employees. Hopefully the staff will learn proper behaviors. As far as the family you told us about.....I sat here with my mouth open. I can't believe that anyone could be that nasty. Yuck! How does one resist going up to them and telling them how disgusting they are?
I take my adult dogs in to PetSmart but I wouldn't take a puppy in. Especially Adie! Our store is super.
