Costs are DIFFERENT for the PER PICTURE charge depending on people'scarrier. It usually ranges somewhere between 20 cents and 40 cents per picture if you don't have a picture plan. By the way, that is a charge for COMING and GOING if someone is SENDING you a picture also. Which means to get a pix is a fee and to send ithe same picture to someplace else is the fee again. Most plans charge MORE for pix then text messages if you don't have a plan
