i alternate the cc systems 4 step hair care (for dogs) with Aussie Moisurizing Shampoo and Aussie DEEEEP condioner (for humans) - they run about $3 a piece at Walmart
i started using the Aussie because of recommendations from here alot of YT'ers use it
