The dog came to your property... I'd definitely call Animal Control! What if your babies were alone in the yard then? (OMG

)... I don't know if you have human kids but a lot of people let their kids alone in the yard, esp if it's fenced in. Would that dog owner treat the situation differently ? (I don't really see any difference as I kinda baby my dog LOL). But it's an unacceptable behavior, they can't control their dog.
