The American Canine Association... I know it's not the greatest registry I don't even care that Pita's not AKC or even if she's registered but I did send for her registration packet. That was in February, they processed my payment and I got nothing. I have emailed and called an 800 number that is always busy and can't talk to anybody. Is this just a scam agency?
