OMG!!!! Were you just walking and running like all get out??? I can't run on my treadmill...it shakes so much the pictures fall off the wall....we live in an old wood frame house-it was built in 1916...we are renovating it slowly but surely...i have always wanted a white house with a picket fence around the yard-i have the house and the yard-which i'm filling with roses, hostas, ferns, etc. etc. but hopefully we will be putting the fence in before winter sets in. I hope you foot feels better-my daughter broke some bones in her foot and had to wear a cast for about a month also except she was such a tomboy she wore out the bottom of it and had to be recast again.
