That's what I noticed about my boy after I brought him home... The vet gave him a clean bill of health though. I read some puppies' hair are getting into the eyes and bother them. It's getting better as he got older, it's mostly about remembering to comb those areas pretty often they get goo as well and try to keep the hair down out of the eye (not easy ). Make sure you see the vet though...
