Hi! This is my first time on this site! We adopted our first Yorkie this summer! We love her. Her name is Daisy and she is great fun. We heard about her through my sister-in-laws vet. They were looking for a good home for her. She is 8 months old now and a very active little puppy. We have a previously rescued Sheltie who is 8 years old. This is my first toy breed and we are smitten. I am still learning about her grooming. I prefer to do it myself as we live between 2 towns that had 2 dog deaths this summer at a groomer. I am terrified to bring her there. I figure she is not going to be a show dog so I can keep her clean and brushed. If anyone has any advice about the grooming I would be grateful!
