[Sugar's Mom]

hello, i just wondered what you breeders use to line your whelping box. I used newspapers for Silk and it was a mess. I have one of those under the bed storage pans that is just right. i put it in the corner of the x-pen at the foot of my bed and covered the top of the x-pen with a dark blanket so she would feel secure. Then I lined the pan with newspaperss which she promptly shredded up. Then her water broke and it was all wet and nasty ans she was standing up in it . i placed fresh papers in and she did the same thing again. I am thinking newspapers weren't such a good idea but what do you breeders use? I have two that will be coming in heat this month and next so I want to learn from my mistakes with Silk. Thanks
