Welcome to YT! and Congrats on ALL you new additions! I do not know alot about blue born yorkies...only what I have learned on YT...I do know that they are not considered rare...that it is a genetic defect...Usually blue born puppies are unhealthy...there are alot of breeders on here that can give you more info..I'm sure someone here can give you a site to go to that will help you.
