 Eye goobs... infection?
Little Simon has been waking up with lots of green goop in his eyes the last few days. I've been wiping them gently with warm water, which he seems to be entirely grateful for, and only has it when he wakes up... it's not at all like a constant weeping discharge. I'm keeping a very close eye (no pun intended lol) on it, but does this sound like the starts of an eye infection? Any ideas what would cause this sudden change, do doge get allergies? We have tons of weeds in the backyard and him being so close to the ground I wondered if he's gotten into something.
Any thoughts? If it keep up or gets worse he's taking a trip to the vetster.
