When I got Scampers at 3 months old he had a little dot of gray in his hair. Through the months the gray grew to where his whole head was grey. Now at 9 months old his head is coming in gold. If I cut his hair, you would see an all gold head. But I can't bring myself to do it just yet. I am waiting for his hair to get longer so that when I do cut it, I can still put it up in a topknot. So for the time being he has a multicolored head. Black at the tips, which was his baby hair, grey/silver in between and gold at the roots.

Here is a picture of him and you should be able to see what I am talking about. The first picture was taken several months ago and the second picture was taken a couple months ago. The second picture is not a good picture of him, he looks really weird and big in it, but you can see how his head is more gold. Of course you can also see all three colors. I need to get some more recent pictures of him because now you can really see the gold.
