The thing about living on an island in the middle of the ocean is we don't have really noticable autumn and spring seasons. There's daffodils and lambs (and hayfever) in the spring but that's about it. Also there aren't many deciduous trees in NZ (they're mostly evergreens) so we don't really get the leaves changing in autumn.
When I lived in England I loved the spring and autumn tho!
In NZ we don't get the extreme cold (there's no snow on the ground in Welly during winter) and we don't get the sweltering heat (thankfully because I'm half Scottish - I'm not designed for the heat!). MInd you with a dirty great big hole in the ozone layer overhead I frequently get burnt to a crisp! Lobster is not a pretty shade on me!
