OMG!!! I hate it when the groomer doesn't listen! I had that happen with a maltese....I picked her up and she was basically shaved

It took MONTHS for her hair to grow back!
With Spencer....I always make sure I'm VERY specific with the groomer and I also told the groomer about the experience I had before and how angry it made me.
I can't believe that idiot man! And kudos to you for putting him in his place!
