Awww, I had to check the date on this post,then looked at where you're located...sounds nice, heading into spring!
I definitely believe dogs can have allergic reactions to pollen, etc. You could use benedryl to relieve the symptoms. Do a search here, you'll find dosages described several times. Ginger's 12.5 lbs, we give her 1 baby tab up to 3 times a day.
