oh and let me add also that I used the iron on velcro too. and you could probably even make these using the iron on fusing instead of sewing. makes it easy for those who don't have a sewing machine.
Those look PERFECT. As you say, for snow, waterproof or at resistant material would be better, but the shape and design are exactly what I use. Nice job. I wish I could make them. I'm incompetent when it comes to making stuff like that.
