I switched my Chester to Nutro and it made an amazing difference. All the medications and baths helped, but the food was the turning point in his skin. He was a rescue whose eyes, ears, mouth and skin were all infected. The vet told me to spend a lot of money or put him down - no inbetween. Needlesss to say, $2500.00 later, I had the love of my life. He was with me for five years (approximate age 15-17) until last October. I also give my current dogs Lanitone (spelling?). It may be similar to what you're currently adding. Great choice of dog food, IMO. I still feed my dogs nothing but Nutro. Sure hope it makes a difference for you.
