I just keep taking Trace outside, and if I don't, sometimes he will go to the door, (but not all the time) and sometimes he will just potty on the floor....sigh. I did not give treats for pottying, but he is learning commands w/ treats and has quickly caught on to the treat deal. We were working on sit and he's so dang cute when he does it....sometimes he'll just come to me and sit immediately
Cocks his head and seems to say, "look I did it, I'm sitting". I've tried explaining you only get treats if I tell you to sit...LOL. Any way yesterday when he pottied outside, I gave him a treat so I'm hoping he'll soon realize going OUTSIDE means treats.
