I always wonder who really tests these so-called private label foods and if it is not some kind of pyramid scam to sell a product. It reminds me of the vitamins that my nutritionist sells and swears that the product is 100% genuine and can cure illnesses that doctors haven't been able to do in a century! Yet when I go to research the vitamins online, there are so many controversial issues over how much money one can make and what a scam the product is, and I see that no vendor actually backs up the products on the forums and claims how it beneficial it is to their clients' health! Seems to be a money thing.

I know HealthyPetNet has that same type of setup because when I go to order, I'm always given a different sales rep to send me the product on the East Coast. I can call their offices, which you have to do if you want to change your autoship order. Who knows who Dr. Jane whatever her name is and how she formulates the product and if she really oversees it? I still use the product but my dogs don't have health issues other than my Yorkie has a collapsed trachea problem that nothing but surgery MIGHT correct. There are no guarantees so I haven't done it.

I like going to a store to buy my products; I'm not fond of having to constantly order via the Internet and I'm not happy that if I want to change my order I have to call them. There is no place to do a change online.

So I keep searching....
