I did try to do a search for you, but all I came up with was the complaint by your husband, as you know. I didn't find anything where someone else had made any complaints, but that doesn't mean that none have been filed.

As long as you go to court with documentation from your vet stating how sick the puppy was when you got her, you really don't have to worry. Just make sure you take all records from the vet with you and make sure everything is dated. It might also help if your vet can write a letter for you summarizing the condition the puppy was in when you received it.
