Not eating can be a sign of pyometra (uterine infection) - check her temperature, if it is 103 or higher, go straight to the vet. Also check her discharge. It should not smell.

It could also be a sign of mastitis, once again check her temperature (but not all have a fever) and check her teats and make sure they are not knotted, hot or inflamed looking.

She needs to be drinking and eating. I also would give Nutrical sometimes this stimulates their appetite. I also would give chicken broth (natural with low sodium to drink). It's best that she eats a puppy balanced diet of dry or canned (so she can receive all the proper nutrients), but if she won't give boiled chicken and rice (cottage cheese and yogurt are fine too, mine don't like eggs).

Peanut butter is too high in fat and could cause pancreatitis and an upset stomach which is exactly what you don't need right now.
