I knew someone who had a baby and it came out with a head full of hair. Well with all that hair everyone just had to rub/brush it with their hands. The mother said by the end of the day the baby's hair was so greasy you wouldn't believe. The oils were coming off of people's hands and leaving the hair greasy.
Maybe its the same kinda thing. Do you pet her a lot on the top of the head? I would prob try not using the conditioner on the head to see if that helped then also watch to see how much you are petting her on the top of her head to see if that could be part of it too. I don't think I'd quit petting her of course. Anway just thought I'd throw that out there.
