I already bought some - I went to a local Health Store.
I'm trying it on my OWN hair because it's falling out by the handfulls.

There are different grades so you want to buy TOP Grade Oil and yes - it's topical from what I read. The bottle I bought is very small - but you dilute it so I just added water and put it in a spray bottle.
