My daughter Kate uses it EVER DAY!! When she comes home from school, she makes a fruit smoothie!! 1 bananna, some berries, a couple of nuts, and a little bit of agave nectar ( google it!! ) and then 2 cups of ice!!

Its a great after school snack!! Or sorbet!! One pinapple ring.... I cut up fresh pineapple into rings and keep it in ziplocks for this very thing..... and two cups of ice cubes.... Blend with tamper, just like in this demo....

Its so sweet and yummy!!!! and Katie loves it!!! Its fresh fruit and water!!! Does it get any healthier than that??? No sugar!!! No crap! And its Raw!! (I'm a raw foodist)
