Hugging them when they do the right thing is the right thing to do! If your dog stops the bad behaviour and comes and sits when you tell them to PRAISE PRAISE PRAISE.
It's sometimes easy to forget to praise the good behaviour cos we don't notice it as much as the bad behaviour. |
