I've done a little bit of knitting, but not too much. I mostly crochet as well as some sewing and embroidering.
I've crocheted quite a few hats for my dogs, and some sweaters. But I have been looking for some really warm and practical sweaters to make for Lizzie to wear in the winter because she really does stay cold a lot and I don't want her to spend all her time curled up in blankets just to stay warm! |
Talked with our daughter earlier, she said they have a lot of rain where they are in NC, they had a stream through the edge of their property but she said it is now like a river flowing through there and very rapid. They have tried to talk us into moving there, I don't think so

Are you any where near Wilmington? How strong are the winds near you? they have such pretty knit fabric like the fun fur knits and so that would sew up and look almost like a hand knitted sweater. Do you have a Jo Ann's near you? Patti
