There's a spray can? I bought the kong and the kit that goes with it, but I haven't really checked it out yet. Some treats came with the kong. Hmmm, I'm gonna have to look when I get home from work.
I don't think water would be too bad as long as they're on a surface that can be cleaned easily. But, chicken broth would be a little greasy, I think.
