HI and welcome! I would get a yorkie from a breeder that is affiliated with the YTCA (Yorkshire Terrier Club of America). Here is a link to the breeders in Texas that are affiliated: http://www.ytca.org/breeder3.html#TX

You could also PM luvmypupster, she is very knowledgable about breeders in your area and has info about the local Yorkie Club. Good luck with your search!
