Mine like this dish called "sweet chicken and rice" which looks and tastes gourmet, but it's really easy and good. You get a bag of good quality popcorn chicken and spread it out on a pan to bake. Bake it for about 10 minutes, meanwhile take one can of chunk pineapple, drain it reserving the juice and chop one green bell pepper. add water to the juice to make 2 cups and put in a saucepan. Add 1/4 cup cider vinegar (I know...weird, but it's good!) and 1 tablespoon of corn starch, boil until clear. Take your chicken out and sprinkle the pineapple and green bell pepper on top then add the sauce you just made and bake for another 30 minutes. Have whatever kind of rice you like ready and serve it over rice...yummy. |
