I feel bad for ya....I can totally relate. My 1st groomer did a horrible job with my 2 boys one time, and that was all it took.
And now I AM VERY BLESSED to have found my groomer I now have. I don't even have to tell her anything anymore....my 3 are perfect every single time now. I knew she HAD to be good when it took me over 4 monthes to get into her for an appointment.

But you should maybe think about going into business as a groomer!!! Think about it! LOL! You would probably do very well....you do seem to know what to do and all that good stuff!!!!
Sorry about your little ones going thru such an aweful experience though.
