Our annual company "state fair" was held today, and Jack stole Eddie's glory! Eddie wooed the judges in the Most Energetic category by fetching a full-size tennis ball and bringing it (halfway) back to me. But when they handed out the prize, the head judge told an assistant that the "Yorkie" won. They went to Jack and awarded him a cute stuffed animal squeaky toy.

I would have protested out of fairness, but I didn't realize Jack didn't win it legitmately until it was too late!

The good news is Eddie would have demolished that soft of a toy, and Jack loved it. So we're happy. There were only four prizes out of 20 entrants, and Eddie won one for the second straight year.
