Oh, yeah ... I know what you mean! If you're close enough to see Toto's eyes and she is in the "chase" mode ... when you get near her they are always darting around figuring out her next move!!
We just want her to learn that when it's "game over" or if her running is a safety issue and we call for her it's time to be in her "good girl" mode!! She's so smart that we know it will be a simple thing for her to learn ... she just doesn't want to!! Like I said before "she is a tad spoiled"!!
