I wasn't going to post on this anymore but saw someone started it up again.
Please understand my girlfriend is a rescuer herself and wanted to help this
beautiful boy with a new home. Long story made short, he peed, peed and
peed again. We thought it was from the other dog/cats in the house but
soon realized it was not. Owner was not quite honest with us. He has
kidney problems! I won't say what the owner said he would do after taking the dog back, which he will never see again, I can tell you that. She took
him to her vet for blood work and all levels are way up. He is acting normal
but there is something terribly wrong with his kidneys. I am waiting as I type this for her to call me. The owner knew about this and lied to us! We are doing our best to make sure he gets the help and forever home he so deserves. Some people are just plain rotten!
My vet's assistant has a person who said she will take him and get him the treatment he needs.
We pray she comes through. She also works for a vet. Not knowing at this time what exactly is wrong with the kidneys don't know what the treatment will involve just hope he can be saved. Please say a prayer for this little innocent pup. Her vet said a biopsy is needed to determine the cause for excessive drinking and peeing!
