So i wrote the lady and this is the response i got. Just sounds fishy, poor lil girl though.

I have sent a couple pictures of her. There is a lady who is comeing
around noon tomarrow to bring a chiwawa female for trade for her along with $150.00 cash she wants her. I explained to her if someone came before she did and took her I would not hold her for her. First come First serve! I am asking $300.00 cash for her. I got her from a friend she bought 9 dogs from a breeding kennel she felt sorry for them. I bought a female shih-tzu that is pregnate and she told me I had to take Penny too! She just really did not have the extra room for all the 9 dogs she got. But she did sell them all and gave them better homes. I have 3 shih-tzus in the house thats it. I really dont want another dog unless its a pup for my daughter a female pup. If you would like to come and see her you can come anytime just let me know or we maybe able to meet you somewhere. She is great with kids and other dogs. She is not agressive very loveing. I keep her in at night and she is outsid with my dogs in the day. They have a big fenced in area and a covered porch they can get out of the sun and lay on. I am only asking 300 for her this is a great price. I was told she raised pups 11 weeks ago 4 total! She is due to come in heat in September toward the end.
