I agree with Rebecca. He should be neutered. I was given my first yorkie when he was 3 years old. The owners said he kept running away, getting out of their fence, etc. THE DOG WAS NOT NEUTERED!! I was so frustrated that people do not educate themselves on the pro's and con's of spay/neuter. I brought Shorty home and had him neutered. I never had another problem with him. He was 3.5 pounds and the best dog ever. He died at age 8 from a tumor on his optical nerve. I was blessed to have him for 5 years. Didn't mean to ramble into all that.. sorry. I strongly feel that neutering this boy will help.
