I say you absolutely should go with a fence. NO matter how close Amber Lynn is staying now, she is still a terrier and could take off in a flash at any time. Some will never run, those owners are lucky. But you have to remember, it is their instinct to hunt. Don' t be surprised if she takes off after a critter some day. A fence is always the best and safest idea.
