I would recommend going back to basics. I know you have a lot of babies to care for in the house, but you will need to give her some extra attention. If she's jumping over gates, go back to crate training, or double up on her gates. Praise the heck out of her when she goes in the right places. If neither of those seem like options for you, buy her a diaper/skirt like the one I bought from Rena at
www.barkindogclothes.com. I use mine for when I take Coco to other people's houses. But certainly you can use it on her. Though this won't help potty traiin her, this may retain your sanity and your white carpets. I personally would go back to confinement in a very small area, double up on the gates if you have to. It's hard but some tough love goes a long way sometimes.
