That was the designated "Small Dog" area......what some Dog owners concept of a small dog is diffferent from anothers? I guess? That is one of my Pet Peeves! The Large Dogs go every where, even in the small dog area! But the small dogs are stuck in the smaller area and still bombarded by the larger dogs! How fair is that?
