Do you have a seasoned breeder that you are working with and learning from. Maybe they could help you determine the best time if you feel her...'timing?' is something other than the norm. We had tests done to determine our females' most fertile times. I think price will vary from vet to vet...but then again, breeding in general is not exactly cheap.
