I think you are entitled to a cost of living adjustment. My husband has 2 children from his previous marriage and he pays $304 twice a month. Recently they sent us a letter from the Child Support Bureau stating that his ex was entitled to a cost of living adjustment and they were going to raise it to $456 twice a month. We lucked out because his ex decided she didn't want to pinch us tighter and declined the raise (needless to say I was shocked ). Anyway, back to your question, I think you should get a little more. I can't see them lowering the payments but I don't know too much about the laws in your state. Good luck to you!!
