I did the same thing... The breeder gave me some Bil Jac/Eukanuba mix but I started running out of Bil Jac and it's not easy to find it in NY. J.J wasn't crazy about Eukauba only. I got Nutro Puppy and at first had to mix it with baby chicken food and he still wasn't enthusiastic
. But after sticking with it for a few days, now I only add some boiling water to soften it up a bit and he gobbles it up like crazy
. His coat looks way better than when I got him, and poops less too (definitely good news).
