We had the same experience here in Grand Junction. Patrick had looked forward to going to a car show in one of the parks .... we went through all the "preparation" of getting ready & got to the gate & couldn't take Toto in! I thought at first that the lady was kidding! I was livid! I don't understand it, especially if you have no intention of letting your pup get on the ground.
