 Getting a second male..
I have a 2 year old yorkie male and I am getting another male puppy. My groomer and vet said not to get another male because they will fight for dominance all the time and if one doesn't back down- they might fight until one is dead. I was told by my breeder and friends who have multiple yorkies of the same sex that as long as I neuter them both that it shouldn't be a problem. My 2 yr old has been neutered since 6 mos old and the new puppy has been neutered already. Does anyone have advice before we go through with getting another male puppy? Thanks! |
