For the second time, our downstair neighbor's Boxer was running off-leash and went after Trixie. I'm sure it's a really nice dog, but if a 60lbs dog come charging after my 6lbs yorkie, I'm going to assume it's not good news. And after I quickly pulled Trixie up by her harness, the Boxer jumped on me to get to Trixie (I had some scratches on my arm). One of the owners came running after their dog and pulled her off me, but no apology no nothing. I was soooo mad, I was shaking.

If this was the first time, I'd let it go. I know sometimes they run out the door... But for the second time? And both owners were outside? I was going to talk to them, after I dropped Trixie safely off at home, but they were gone. So my husband called the appartment manager this morning...
