i live 40 mins from long beach. traffic is bad in LA, not so bad in long beach though.. theres traffic everywhere though!
as for earthquakes.. i dont think we've had any for a year or two could be more. i like it in cali
the beaches are awesome. hope you decide to stay in long beach!
