I love Grand Cayman. We went there on a cruise last year and we are going back again in December but I really would love to stay there for a whole week. Another really good place to stay at an all-inclusive resort would be in Cozumel. We stayed 4 days all inclusive at Occidental Grand and it was awesome plus there is so much to do in that area like snorkleing/diving, mayan ruins, Xcaret, jungle tours, shopping, catamaran rides, etc. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and beware- they have open bars everywhere, lol (they also have a night club on the resort and I drank too much and got really sick the next day on a catamaran). We love to go to the carribean and we always go in Nov/Dec becasue rates are down and the weather is gorgeous- its usually in high 80's to low 90's. It after hurrican season too becuase hurricane season is usually August-October.
